Camera movement and editing

 CAMERA MOVEMENT AND EDITING  some of the main camera movement are : Pan- which is used when to follow moved such as horizontal left or right turn  Track / Dolly - used for smooth movement , camera moves in tracks or wheels  Handheld - this is when the camera is held by hand ( often shaky ) thus can add urgency, realism , pace or unease to a scene  Zoom - focal length of lens changed to make a subject appear closer or further away Crane - when the camera is attached to a crane  Tilt - camera can tilt up or down from fixed point , thus can make the hero / villain look weak or powerful Pan can create the audience to feel action or drama Crane can make the audience feel like there is a dramatic scene which they will be interested in.

  MISE-EN-SCENE COSTUME: The costumes in stranger things are very casual clothes . Whereas in the beginning there a a character wearing a sort of lab coat , this is showing that he just came from the lab . SETTING: The setting in stranger things is shown in 1984 and the setting is old a fitted nicely with the year. In the first scene they show the lights flickering creating a fast and sudden scene
